Dr. Tom Panos, O.D., TPA, DPA Cert.
Dr. Tom Panos was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. He received his Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2002.
Dr. Panos is Board Certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. He has also traveled on international missions providing eye care to under served populations.
Dr. Panos practices primary care optometry which includes contact lenses, pediatrics, and treatment of eye diseases and eye emergencies.
His goal is to provide the highest quality, comprehensive eye care through the diagnosis and management of visual diseases in a professional and fashionable eye wear environment.
Dr Panos resides in LaGrange with his wife and three children. His interests include traveling, trying new restaurants, and is an avid sports fan.

Dr. Sylvia Bartlett is a 1980 graduate of the University of Arizona, and a 1984 graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry. She is a former treasurer for Glen Ellyn Civic Betterment Party.
In her spare time she enjoys knitting. Ask her about her Grandchildern. |

Dr. John is a 1974 graduate of Glenbard West, a 1979 graduate of Elmhurst College and a 1984 graduate of the Ilinois College of Optometry. He is a member of the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club of Glen Ellyn.
